If you are wondering, do we accept groups other than families??

The answer is yes we do!!

We are happy to accomodate all adult celebrations, hen parties, stag parties & post exam holidays as we understand that some people want to just get together & chillout & enjoy the location of the house, being together & making use of the beach & the amazing North Coast surf.

Your part would be to agree to leave the house in good order & also we ask for a £50 per person good house keeping bond which is fully refundable if the house is left as found & there to protect you & us! Also, we have found by having the bond, if you are the group organiser it does help to encourage the rest of your party to take a share of the responsibility in looking after the house.

We have had a variety of groups using & enjoying the house & some that are now returning year after year.

If you would like to book extras for your holiday eg surfing, coasteering, horse riding, pampering, catering or even pole dancing classes I am happy to help you to organise this hoping to get you a discount & always a reputable supplier.

If you are wanting to venture into town it is about a 25 minute walk, there are buses that run from outside the house & a taxi ride is approximately £1 per person.

Book now to avoid dissapointment for your chosen weekend as especially the spring & early summer dates get booked up fast.
